of Uniting Cloud’s key consulting clients with over 6000 employees globally and several established brands in the UK market.

The Brief

Due to an increase in demand in the data space, the client needed to secure a proven Lead Data Engineer in a permanent capacity within 6 weeks (brief to start date).

The Solution

Uniting Cloud worked closely with the Managing Partner and Director of delivery to identify several proven Data Engineers who could step into a leadership role. Key to the success of this process was to design an interview process that aligned with the six-week deadline.

The Outcome

After running a full search and selection of our Data community, Uniting Cloud presented the top eight Lead Engineers after qualifying over thirty potential engineers. Both the client and Uniting Cloud were well aligned with the multiple stage interview process and therefore secured the right hire within budget and within the six-week timescale.
