betting and gaming market. William Hill employ more than 12,000 people in 10
countries globally and are unified by their Group value to always ‘Go one better’.
The Brief
The Supreme Court of the United States lifted the federal ban on sports betting on May 14, 2018. Since the ruling, 11 states have legalised sports betting, including New York, New Jersey, and Nevada. Due to this change in legislation William Hill were able to start planning and deploying over in the USA and required Software Development staff in order to support collaborations with casinos and their unique online platforms per state.
The Solution
Worked closely with all hiring managers working on the USA based projects to help define a strategy including video calls/online tests for developers in order to secure the right talent quickly but also matching culture fit. We targeted other G&G companies and e-commerce customer facing websites to gain the best talent on the market.

The Outcome
We placed up to 10 people on this project, some of which even went out to Las Vegas to up-skill American employees.
