Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to provide direct support to our esteemed C-Suite and Director-level upper management team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, resolving technical issues promptly, and delivering exceptional technology support to our executive team ensuring their operational efficiency and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support and assistance to C-Suite and Director-level executives, ensuring their technology needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for executive-level staff, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Collaborate closely with the IT team to implement and maintain technology solutions tailored to the specific needs of our executive team.
- Manage and support audio/visual equipment and conferencing systems used in executive-level meetings and presentations.
- Ensure data security and privacy for executive-level systems and accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably supporting C-Suite or Director-level executives.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle urgent issues calmly and efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with audio/visual equipment and conferencing systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to provide support during critical periods or executive events.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a bonus.
