Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer, Remote (must be UK based), Up to £100,000 DOE

You will be working within a fast-paced start-up environment with technology at its core. Investing heavily in technology and making a real difference to people’s lives in the fight again Covid. They are Cloud first using AWS and looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and design their CI/CD and IaC environment.

Ideally you will have a background or strong understanding of Infrastructure, IaC and CI/CD development ideally working within a regulated industry and with a good knowledge of implementing security within everything you do.

There is opportunity to be involved in creating the technology roadmap and designing and delivering their technology platform and for the right person the opportunity to grow and lead DevOps team.

You will have previous experience

• Building, deploying and optimising services within the AWS platform.
• Designing, building, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience of ECS and Fargate.
• Working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to deliver project requirements.
• Good knowledge around Terraform (IaC) and containerisation (Docker)

Desirable experience

• Previous experience of Cyber Security and system hardening.
• Experience within regulated industries
