Senior Developer – 
Manchester (hybrid-2 days in the office)
Salary-£60,000-£65,000+additional benefits

Looking for a Senior Software Developer to:

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a strong background in software delivery and a passion for development.
- Be eager to learn and apply new technologies.
- Write high-quality code in C#, React, and .NET, adhering to established processes and standards.

Required Skills and Experience

- Commercial software development experience in React.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and SQL.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Knowledge of web design, responsive frameworks, and mobile development.
- Experience deploying applications to the cloud and building CI/CD pipelines.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

- Collaborate individually and as part of a team to develop high-quality applications.
- Enhance and support the existing code base.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
- Define and shape coding standards and practices within the team.
- Assist product owners as needed.
- Support all project phases, including writing technical specifications and providing work effort estimates.
