Key Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of software solutions by coordinating and planning development resources.
- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to determine the most effective technical solutions.
- Ensure consistent and timely progress across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Track and report on project progress, proactively mitigating risks and resolving blockers.
- Lead by example in issue resolution, communication, and governance of best practices.
- Mentor team members, recognize strengths, and promote continuous improvement.
- Chair team meetings, conduct one-on-one sessions, and contribute to team appraisals.
What You Bring

- Software Development background (C#, .Net, TypeScript, JavaScript, Golang) (Open to any technical background)
