Who I am looking for:

I am searching for a Software Development Team lead who’s passionate about technical ownership and innovation. Your expertise will drive the provision of a capable, reactive and motivated delivery focused team to build solutions for both new and existing applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Leading development teams within fast paced environments.

• Technology background preferred: C#/.Net/PHP/Golang.

• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture.

• Passionate about technology.

Your Responsibilities:

• You'll collaborate closely with the team to ensure quality and standards meet requirements.

• Identify and mitigate risk.

• Remove blockers.

• Monitor Projects.

• Gain an understanding of the technical structure and architecture of systems.

• Offer support to the development team.

• Mentor members of the team.

• Appraisals and feedback.
