The role

As senior manager, coach and support managers and tech leads

Drive activity to meet agreed timescales and deadlines

Ensure your teams and individuals are in a comfortable and encouraging environment, free of barriers and stresses

Coordinate teams and effectively communicate to ensure the roadmap milestones are met

We are looking for

Highly developed people management skills

Ability to inspire, coach and mentor

Proven software delivery lead experience

Ideally previous software development experience as a coder

Experience gained in large software development organisations

Experience working in businesses with complex software, working at speed and delivering new releases continuously

Honed leadership and negotiation skills
