As a Team Lead, your role is integral to the continued success of our business.

You will:

Lead High-Performing Teams: Using previous development experience to lead teams in delivering large-scale, high-quality solutions.

Develop Scalable Solutions: Driving your team to develop low-latency, highly available, and scalable solutions.

Enforce Governance: Ensure governance around quality, rules, standards, and processes within the team.

Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with other teams, including Project & Programme Delivery, DevOps, Platform Delivery, IT Services, and Regulatory & Compliance.

Mentor and Contribute: Mentor team members, contribute ideas, and provide input into developer appraisals and performance feedback.
